Drew Morier has joined McCarthy Tétrault in the tax group, the firm said Monday.
Morier, who will be based in both Toronto and Calgary, Canada, has experience advising on cross-border M&A, financing, corporate reorganization, and restructuring transactions.
His clients include those in the private equity, mining, energy, real estate, and financial services sectors, said McCathy Tétrault.
