The Mississippi Department of Revenue (DOR) published a notice announcing the establishment of directories for approved cigarettes and electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) products for sale in the state, as required by House Bill 916 of the 2025 Legislative Session. The directories became available on Oct. 1, and retailers, distributors, and wholesalers have sixty (60) days to sell or remove non-listed products from their inventory, after which unlisted products are subject to seizure, forfeiture, and destruction, and civil penalties will be imposed for selling or offering non-listed products.
