Missouri DOR Proposes Amending Income Tax Rule on Partnership Filing Requirements

The Missouri Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to the rule regarding partnership filing requirements for income tax purposes. The proposal includes amending and deleting specific sections to no longer incorporate by reference any materials and clarifying which forms are to be filed with a return.
