Nubank Adds Former Meta, PayPal Executive Marcus to Its Board

Nu Holdings Ltd., the Brazilian digital lender backed by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc., named former Meta Platforms Inc. and PayPal Holdings Inc. executive David Marcus to its board.

Marcus has had an “impressive career working in the intersection of financial services and consumer technology, shaping the future of the industry,” Nu Holdings co-founder and Chief Executive Officer David Velez said in a statement.
