The Panamanian Ministry of Economy and Finance Dec. 2 announced the signing of: 1) the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the automatic exchange of information (AEOI) under the Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF); and 2) the addendum to the MCAA on the AEOI on financial accounts under the common reporting standard (CRS).
