Solaris, Affiliates Complete Acquisition of Sunnova Energy

Solaris Assets and certain of its affiliates, which are entities formed by an ad hoc group of debtor-in-possession financing lenders and affiliates and or entities controlled by GoodFinch Management, completed the acquisition of substantially all assets and operations Sunnova Energy International.

• Solaris bought Sunnova’s residential solar servicing and operations management platform and solar generation and storage portfolio in exchange for a credit bid of the DIP financing, $25 million in cash and payment of certain cure costs
