Stablecoin Tether Anchors Antalpha IPO of Up to $50 Million

Antalpha Platform Holding Co. is seeking to raise as much as $50 million in a US initial public offering, and stablecoin issuer Tether International SA has indicated interest in buying up to $25 million worth, according to a regulatory filing Tuesday.
