The lender plans to integrate Zodia’s crypto custody business into the division inside its corporate and investment bank that provides similar services, said the people, who asked not to be named discussing private negotiations.
Under the plan Standard Chartered is considering, Zodia Custody would continue to operate as a standalone software-as-a-service business for cryptoasset custody, the people said.
