Wyoming DOR Proposes Amendments to Rules Governing Sales, Use Tax

The Wyoming Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to sales and use tax regulations. The proposed regulations update provisions on non-taxable and exempt sale transactions by including the business sales exclusion.
