Alito Pauses Court Order on Pittsburgh Paper’s Union Health Plan

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s publisher got a reprieve from a federal appeals court order requiring the newspaper to make changes to its health insurance coverage for union workers.

US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito granted on Monday PG Publishing Co.’s request to stay a temporary injunction issued by the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
