Aspen Dental Management Inc. allegedly fired its director of product service line marketing roughly two weeks after he informed the company that his daughter had been diagnosed with a severe medical condition that would require costly treatments and his time away from work.

Mitchel Kenoe says he’d always received positive performance reviews since starting at the company in 2022. He claims he was fired due to associational disability discrimination and retaliation for exercising his legal right to care for a family member with a disability.
