Burr & Forman Recruits Timothy Gillis as Corporate Partner

Timothy Gillis joined Burr & Forman as a partner in its corporate practice group in Jacksonville, Fla., the firm announced Monday.

Gillis focuses his practice on transactional business law and commercial litigation. He advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies, major retailers, franchisors and franchisees, commercial real estate developers, financial institutions, and other clients through all stages of the business lifecycle, the firm said.

He joins from Shutts & Bowen.
