Remote call center workers start their day when they load the first program they use to do their job, not when they turn on their computers, a federal district judge said.

The workers argued Recker Consulting LLC and subsidiary LYP Contact Center LLC stiffed them on pay for the time spent booting up their computers and setting up call-related programs before starting their shifts.
