Athens Technical College is denied summary judgment on the Rehabilitation Act failure to accommodate and retaliation claims of a terminated instructor suffering from depression who allegedly violated internet use policy, requested telework to attend therapy, and operated a side business, a Georgia federal court ruled, where an investigation about internet use opened 14 days after his accommodation request, similarly situated non-disabled employees were treated better, and he didn’t visit a sexually explicit website.
