A federal district court granted the Illinois Department of Human Services’ motion for summary judgment on the claims of a mental health technician with medical complications from Covid-19 that he was refused a reasonable accommodation for his disability, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, ruling that the technician couldn’t provide sufficient evidence that there was a reasonable accommodation with which he could perform his essential job duties.
