An Ohio federal court denied summary judgment to both the Franklin County Board of Commissioners and a finance administrator on the finance administrator’s claim that the county failed to accommodate her disabilities, including fibromyalgia, under the Americans with Disabilities Act and state law, by denying her request for remote work, finding that there were genuine issues of material fact whether she could perform the essential job functions of supervision and management while working remotely.
