A New York federal district court granted summary judgment to the Attorney General on a hostile work environment claim based on sex under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act by a male nurse claiming that he was undermined in his position, punished for communicating with required authorities, subjected to health endangerment, and precluded from meetings during the Covid-19 pandemic, finding the incidents didn’t reflect any sex-based or sex-related conduct.
