Dinsmore Adds FBI’s Herbert Stapleton as Corporate Partner

Herbert Stapleton joined Dinsmore & Shohl as a partner in its corporate group, the firm announced Tuesday.

Stapleton’s practice focuses on assisting corporations in defending complex government investigations, cybersecurity strategy, data privacy compliance, and critical incident management, the firm said.

He joins from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he was special agent in charge of the agency’s Indianapolis field office.
