Greenberg Traurig Adds Wagner to Prop 65, Green Chemistry Team

Will Wagner has returned to Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder with the Proposition 65 and green chemistry practice in Sacramento, the firm said Thursday.

Wagner focuses on consumer product defense, particularly litigation relating to California’s Prop 65, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, greenwashing, and false advertising, according to Greenberg Traurig.

He also maintains a regulatory practice where he advises businesses on SB 54, the Plastic Pollution Prevention and Packaging Producer Responsibility Act, Greenberg Traurig said.

He joins from Arnold & Porter.
