The Metropolitan Transit Authority and subsidiary Long Island Railroad are free of lawsuit alleging they impermissibly fired an assistant conductor who made conservative TikTok videos in uniform for his Jan. 6-related activities.
The ex-conductor lacks evidence that his conservative viewpoint and Jan. 6 attendance are what cost him his job, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said.
