Pillsbury Recruits Partner Mark Leeds to New York Tax Practice

Mark Leeds joined Pillsbury as a partner in the tax practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Leeds advises financial institutions, exchange-traded and private funds, digital asset traders, and private wealth clients on tax matters. His practice focuses on resolving tax issues relating to financial products, developing recovery strategies for loss companies, advising on hedge fund formation and tax considerations for digital asset transactions, the firm said.

He joins from Mayer Brown.
