Tractor Supply Pays Record Fine to California Privacy Agency (1)

Tractor Supply Co., agreed to pay the California Privacy Protection Agency a record $1.35 million fine over its handling of consumer and job applicant data and change its privacy practices, the agency announced Tuesday.

The fine is the largest in the history of the agency, the only entity in the US solely dedicated to privacy enforcement.
