Trump Big Law Fight Gets Appeals Showdown
The four law firms targeted by President Trump will try to extend their legal winning streak against the administration on Thursday, Justin Henry reports.
Star litigator Paul Clement will aim to convince a DC Circuit panel of mostly Obama-appointed judges that Trump unconstitutionally retaliated against the firms for advocating for their clients.
