Biden Picks for NLRB, DOL Legal Chiefs Get Senate Hearing Date

President Joe Biden’s legal chief nominees for the National Labor Relations Board and U.S. Labor Department—Jennifer Abruzzo and Seema Nanda, respectively—have been scheduled for a joint hearing before the Senate labor panel April 29.

• Abruzzo, nominated as the NLRB’s general counsel, and Nanda, selected for DOL solicitor, both will testify before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee at 10 a.m. April 29.
