TTEC’s $750,000 Retirement Plan Class Deal Clears Last Hurdle

TTEC Services Corp. finalized a $750,000 class settlement with workers who challenged the customer service company’s 401(k) plan fees and investment options.

The agreement covers thousands of TTEC plan participants and beneficiaries since August 2016. Judge Charlotte N. Sweeney granted final approval to the deal in an order issued Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Colorado.
