Wesco Distribution Wants 401(k) Suit Paused for SCOTUS Analysis

Wesco Distribution Inc. wants a lawsuit challenging the administrative fees its $750 million retirement plan paid to Wells Fargo paused while the U.S. Supreme Court considers a similar case against Northwestern University, filings in a Pittsburgh federal court show.

Wesco—a distributor of electrical products and light fixtures—says the Supreme Court’s anticipated ruling in Hughes v.
