A Florida federal court granted and denied in part GSA Access Group’s motion to dismiss an 88-year-old senior contracting specialist’s Age Discrimination in Employment Act and state law age discrimination claims, after her requests to return to the office after the pandemic were denied, she was terminated, and her duties were reassigned, where direct evidence was lacking, but circumstantial evidence, including ageist comments and better treatment of younger employees, suggested discrimination.
