A Pennsylvania federal district court denied Schuylkill County’s motion to dismiss a human resources director’s claims that she was refused rehire to her past position in retaliation for testimony she provided for county employees in a discrimination case, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state law, ruling that she sufficiently pled that she was qualified for the position she applied for and that she was refused an interview and rehire after giving testimony.
