A group of Mexican engineers can proceed with a lawsuit accusing
Judge J.P. Boulee of the Northern District of Georgia found that the workers adequately alleged fraud and racketeering by GFA Alabama and Hyundai Glovis, which they claimed recruited engineers from Mexico to fill high-skill roles only to force them into taking manual labor jobs.
His order also allowed claims of race, national origin, and pregnancy discrimination claims under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act to go forward.
