Labor Board Staff Free to Ignore Musk Order to Federal Workers

National Labor Relations Board workers aren’t required respond to the Trump administration’s request for job accomplishments, although those who choose to were warned not to disclose confidential or sensitive information.

The Office of Personnel Management clarified that responses are voluntary and a failure to respond won’t be considered a resignation, according to an email Monday from NLRB leadership reviewed by Bloomberg Law.

The NLRB email contained a list of “suggested appropriate responses” for workers who choose to respond.
