The US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit will consider claims that Cognizant Technology Solutions violated the False Claims Act by engaging in H-1B visa fraud.
The appeals court said in a Wednesday order that it granted a petition—from both Cognizant and whistleblower Jean-Claude Franchitti—to review the suit.
