Wilcox Seeks Immediate Return to Labor Board Via Court Order

Former NLRB member Gwynne Wilcox asked a federal court for an immediate order allowing her to return to the labor board after her unprecedented removal at the hands of President Donald Trump.

Wilcox filed a motion for expedited summary judgment at the US District Court for the District of Columbia on Monday for reinstatement as a member of the National Labor Relations Board.
