Duke CEO Good to Retire With Sideris Set to Take Top Job

Duke Energy Corp.’s chief executive officer, Lynn Good, is retiring after roughly two decades at the company and 11 years in the utility giant’s top spot.

She will step down April 1, and will be succeeded by Harry Sideris, a 29-year Duke veteran who is currently the Charlotte, North Carolina-based company’s president, according to a statement Monday.
