Ameren Appoints Utility Veteran David Feinberg General Counsel

Ameren Corp., a utility company based in St. Louis, said Tuesday that it has appointed David Feinberg as general counsel, executive vice president and corporate secretary.

Feinberg has extensive experience in the energy industry and previously served in the same roles at American Electric Power Co. Earlier in his career he was a partner at Jenner & Block LLP. He replaces Chonda Nwamu, who was hired away by Edison International Inc.

Feinberg atended the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School.
