Carlton Fields Adds Michael Justus as Tampa IP Shareholder

Michael Justus joined Carlton Fields as a shareholder in its intellectual property practice in Tampa, the firm announced Wednesday.

Justus advises on intellectual property, advertising law, and emerging issues involving artificial intelligence and technology. He works with global trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement, litigates disputes in federal courts and before the US Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and handles domain name conflicts under international protocols, the firm said.

He joins from Katten Muchin Rosenman.
