Aresh Homayoun joined Troutman Pepper Locke as a partner in its tax and benefits practice group in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.
Homayoun’s practice focuses on federal income tax law with a focus on real estate investment trusts structuring, real estate fund formation, and joint ventures. He represents public and private REITs, investment sponsors, and institutional investors, guiding them through tax matters and multibillion-dollar transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Morris, Manning & Martin.
