The Interior Dept. is developing a new schedule for offshore oil and gas lease sales, which will include a new planning area offshore Alaska, called the High Arctic, according to statement.
- Once finalized, the new program will replace the current 2024–2029 plan, which includes three lease sales over five years in the Gulf of America
