Adidas will implement enhanced abatement measures at its facilities in New York, New Jersey, and Puerto Rico as part of the agreement with the US Department of Labor announced Wednesday.
The company is expected to adopt a safety management program, retrain employees on fall hazards, audit potential fall hazards at each facility and discontinue using overheard storage in its facilities, according to the DOL.
