Chubb, Manufacturer Agree to Settle Pollution Liability Dispute

A New York federal court ended a manufacturer’s suit against a Chubb Ltd. unit over pollution liability coverage after the parties reached a settlement.

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York in its order discontinued ITT Inc.'s suit against Illinois Union Insurance Co. with prejudice.
