EU to ‘Double Down’ on DEI policies, Equality Chief Says

The European Union will not row back on diversity, equity and inclusion policies which are under threat in the United States, instead viewing strong equality legislation as a competitive advantage, the bloc’s equality chief said in an interview.

“Where you see more and more companies afraid of saying they are working on inclusion, diversity and so on, the EU doubles down on its commitments,” Equality Commissioner Hadja Lahbib said.
