The lawsuit was filed Monday in Delaware by FedEx Corporate Services Inc., a subsidiary that supports the shipping and logistics giant’s other segments. The suit says Cloud’s Tibco Software Inc. division began cutting off FedEx’s access to critical tech support and maintenance two weeks ago, without any legal basis, as part of a broader push to switch customers over from licensing agreements to a subscription-based model.
