Andrew M. J. Bernstein has joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in the litigation department in New York, the firm said Friday.
Bernstein, who was a partner at Armstrong Teasdale, focuses on white-collar criminal defense, government and corporate investigations, enforcement actions, and regulatory compliance, according to Fox Rothschild.
He represents corporations and individuals in grand jury and regulatory investigations conducted by the Justice Department, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Future Trading Commission, and the IRS, Fox Rothschild said.
