Martín Strauch has joined Kirkland & Ellis as a partner with the investment funds group, the firm said Thursday.
Strauch guides investment firms and private equity sponsors through the fund formation process and fund maintenance, according to Kirkland.
He previously practiced as a partner at Fried Frank.
