Shein has created a “Business Integrity Group” connecting its compliance, governance and external affairs teams, Reuters reports, citing a letter from executive chairman Donald Tang to investors that it has reviewed.
- Also expanded its internal audit capabilities to strengthen “discipline,” the letter adds
- Has piloted enhanced internal controls in the US, Canada, Brazil and Mexico
