Taser Company to Disclose Political Spending, Ending Lawsuit

Axon Enterprise Inc. agreed to disclose its corporate political spending for the next five years, settling a shareholder lawsuit over an excluded ballot proposal three weeks after it began.

The taser company will make public the names and amounts of contributions to federal or state politicians, parties, ballot initiatives, and political action committees, as well as political advertisements, according to a notice of voluntary dismissal filed March 9 in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
