The US Postal Service and Department of Labor reached a deal to end a lawsuit asserting retaliation under the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
The agencies filed a joint status report Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania saying they reached a settlement. Judge Christy Criswell Wiegand on Thursday also set aside a default entered against USPS and one of its employees in light of the settlement.
