Whole Foods Settles With Workers Over Retirement Plan Fee Levels

Whole Foods Market Inc. plans to settle a class action by workers challenging the fees associated with the grocer’s $1.9 billion retirement plan.

The parties struck a deal after a private mediation session and plan to file details of the agreement for court approval by mid-June, they said in a status report filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
