XL Fleet Investor Suit Wraps Up With Funds Set for Distribution

XL Fleet Corp. investors who showed their eligibility to participate in a nearly $20 million class action settlement over sales and revenue figures can receive their money, a federal court ruled.

Judge Jennifer L. Rochon of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York approved the distribution plan Thursday. Leftover funds, if any, will be donated to the Public Justice Foundation, according to the order.
