CAN Softtech Inc. failed to show that the US Department of Commerce conducted a flawed $1.5 billion IT procurement under which the department awarded 15 contracts, the Federal Circuit affirmed Thursday.
The US Court of Federal Claims properly determined that the department conducted a reasonable corrective action under the Commerce Acquisition for Transformational Services procurement before deciding to move forward with the awardees, Judge Todd M. Hughes of the the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said.
