CSI Aviation Inc. failed to show that the US Department of Homeland Security improperly awarded a $915 million deportation services contract to Salus Worldwide Solutions Corp., a company with alleged ties to former DHS adviser Corey Lewandowski.
CSI, an aviation service provider that argued DHS wrongfully precluded it from competing, failed to allege or prove it could perform the contract, and therefore lacked standing to sue, Chief Judge Matthew H. Solomson of the US Court of Federal Claims said in an opinion made public Tuesday.
